It can also help improve quality of sleep, boost energy and performance day to day and help improve your mood and mental health.

You must be over the age of 16 to attend Strength classes at Boxing Strength studio

Congratulations! We have lots of women who are in class right up until their due date, however, we always recommend consulting your doctor before attending our classes.
Please make sure that you let our team at check-in know you are pregnant as well as your coach before the start of class so they can make any necessary modifications for you. We advise you to arrive 10 minutes ahead of class start time so we can set you up accordingly.
For our Strength classes, we require you to sign our prenatal consent form. These are available from reception.

1 on 1 sessions provide individualised attention and customised instruction tailored to your specific needs and goals. In contrast, group classes follow a more general curriculum, catering to the needs of multiple participants.

Yes, boxing training provides an intense, full-body workout that can contribute to weight loss by burning calories and increasing lean muscle mass. Combined with a balanced nutrition plan, boxing training can be an effective component of a weight loss strategy
