Our training methodology was inspired by our founder, Darren Hill

who has had 17 fights, lost 3, who uses a combination of boxing 

skills and drills, high-impact, explosive training 

and functional strength to stay at his peak

WOMENS BOXING 

A women’s only class taught in a comfortable environment whilst learning and striving to improve your boxing skills and physical conditioning. We will prove that boxing really is for everyone! This Class is suitable for beginners, as the coach will modify the exercises to fit your needs.

HIIT 

Explosive, full-body workouts that torch calories and build real fight-ready fitness — fast-paced and results-driven.This Class is for Advanced fitness levels.

BOXING 

Our Boxing class involves a combination of bag and pad work, shadow boxing, conditioning. The perfect class if you are looking to improve technique, gain knowledge and be pushed to your limits. This Class is suitable for beginners, as the coach will modify the exercises to fit your needs.

STRENGTH

Strength and conditioning gym, our Conditioning class focuses on building strength, endurance, and overall fitness through high-intensity functional training — delivering a powerful and energizing workout to push your limits and elevate your performance.This Class is suitable for beginners, as the coach will modify the exercises to fit your needs.
