Our signature boxing class combines partner work with pads and gloves, plus body weight exercises. Think speed, stamina, footwork, combinations and mind-set. We break down the boxing stance and show you how to throw your punches with confidence.

12hr cancellation policy Please note we have a 12hr cancelation notice period if you do a no show you will be charged £8 per class
